These terms govern your use of the AstroFusion app and services. By using AstroFusion, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country (generally at least 13, or the higher age your local law requires) to use AstroFusion.
AstroFusion computes readings from the birth details and inputs you provide and presents narrative interpretations, some generated with the help of AI. Readings are interpretive content, not statements of fact, and results may vary.
You may use core features without an account. Signing in (e.g., with Google) lets you sync entitlements. You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Don’t misuse the service — for example, don’t attempt to breach security, access others’ data, scrape or overload the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
AstroFusion, its content, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app. Readings generated for you are yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that readings are accurate, reliable, or fit for any particular purpose, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on readings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update the service or these terms. For material changes we will update the date above and provide notice in the app. Continuing to use AstroFusion after changes means you accept them.
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or to protect the service and its users.
